| i am jealous of you all who have the warm weather. we had a short summer. we had a week of over 100 degrees then after that it was always under a 100 then it cooled off real fast!!!! we are going to have a early fall!!!!! |

It's been around 70's to 80's lately..... but it drops to 57 or 58 degrees at night...... So i guess i could live with that. 
Oh, and I am not looking forward to winter..... last year was way toooooo loooooong!!!! I'm enjoying this weather as long as i could. last winter depressed me. i don't want that again this coming year. or i won't let it. I"ll need to brighten up my house.... to keep that "happiness" in the house. |

Temp update from here. The current temp is 54 and it is likely to get to a low of 35 to 38 degrees tonight and a high tomorrow of 65 and themn the rest of the week we may see it get to maybe 70 durning the day and the upper 40's or low 50's at night. -- I shut a few windows in the house now. |

| Believe it's 92 here in Louisiana and we're still without power. Be thankful for the coolness. It's so dadburn hot here without a/c. Muggy all the time too. It's so hard to sleep here. Not a breeze stirring. I stood it for a week after Hur Gustave and they say it may be another week before we get power back on. I loaded Mom and the pups up and took off for Natchez. I found a room and it has wonderful a/c. Poor hubby had to stay behind to work and to see where Hur Ike is headed. Wish you could pipe us some of that cool air!! Sounds Great!! |

today, was high 67 degrees..... ugh..... too cold for me already! lol
then it's suppose to go back to 70's and 80's again..... and i'm seeing black caterpillars.......... according to the "farmer's almanic" (sp) not a good sign, meaning bad winter is coming. |

I would love 67 degrees.....
I remember back in 96 I was in New Orleans and it was over Halloween and 68 degrees. I was running around in shorts and the locals said i should put clothes on cuz i ould get sick......Ilaughed cuz in MN it was 18 degrees and having a snow storm........ |

right now it's 60 degrees. the ratties slept in late this morning...they got up at 6:30, were outside for less than 5 minutes, and ran back in to bed...where they stayed until 9:30. Molly refuses to get up until the sun comes out...can't say I blame her.  |
