My Rat Terrier, Jax, tears up every toy I buy him in a matter of hours. Any suggestions? I continually sew up the broken ones and using them till they can't be repaired any more. Didn't know if you all know of any indistructable toys by any chance. Thanks Dane

Bijou only weighs 7 lbs. but other than her Kong, I've yet to find a toy she can't destroy. Like you, I restuff and resew them til they're beyond repair. The last one I bought her was intended for dogs three times her size, yet she had it torn apart in less than a hour. Seems if you do find a toy that stands up to the abuse, they lose interest real quick.

tauney tears hers up i sew them back together have you thought bout getting a kong toys she has a loofa and she has not tore it yet!!!!!

Forgot to mention that Bijou loves her soft rubber squeaky toys. But for some reason, she doesn't chew them up like she does the stuffed toys, She just squishes them in her mouth so they squeak, but hasn't yet destroyed one. This type of toy is her favorite for playing fetch cause they bounce so crazily.

i would get them a kong there are alot of toys you can buy that are rattie proof. you can get them about anywhere

have you tried the fire hose toys? i heard they're pretty tough. i got mine at petco (now i just need the puppy )

I don't advise rubber toys.. not for puppies OR for adult dogs. Too risky. I would advise getting a few kongs, and filling them with peanut butter. You can freeze them overnight and it will occupy your doggie for hours. Also... have you tried playing fetch with a tennis ball or air kong? These are "fairly" indestructable... they will at least last longer than stuffed toys.

b&b have destroyed everything... including a kong!!!! the 1 toy they have not fully destroyed was stuffed pillow... has a carpet like material on the outside with 8 red rope legs... kinda like a spider... they ripped teh legs off and use those as toys now... but the body they can bite, chew, dig and it doesnt break... it has a squeaker in it... bought it at petsmart on clearance for $0.50 and it is the best thing ever!!! its their favorite toy and is in 1 of their mouth constantly!!!
