WooHoo!!!! We have electricity, phone, INTERNET and no damage other than my privacy fence is a little screwed up. haha Well the weather sucks too, Everyone was able to make it to their houses and also have electricty except for one family. They are flooding and some of the neighbors already have water in their homes. So they will hang out here until it things get better and their electricity is on.
But we are !00% all the way around. We are so happy and glad to be home. We had a wonderful trip home. No problems and no traffic jams other than a small one along the way. We watched the weather at 4:00am this morning and saw that the weather was really bad on our route that we took up to Tyler TX so we stayed in TX and traveled south before crossing over to LA. We had SUNSHINE all day.. haha until we got 11 miles from Lafayette (our home town) then it was tornado watches and warnings. It has been storming since we got home but that is ok because we are HOME... LOL
Now we are ready to go to chruch to thank the good lord for spairing us all what could have been. |
