We made these for Hayley's birthday and they were so so so good:
Chicken Cordon Rueben
Take 4 (or however many you are making) Chicken breast pound out to 1/4 inch thick. Place 1-2 slices of corned beef (we used deli lunch meat corned beef) a slice of swiss and saurkraut on top of chicken breast and roll up. Secure with toothpick. Roll in melted butter and then breadcrumbs. Bake 350 for45 min or until done. YUMMY!!!
