Check it out, its a free version of Photoshop Express completely based on the web!

You can do all the basic stuff with it, and store your photos on their site!  I haven't personally checked it out yet, but the reviews seem to be positive!

Oh, goodie!  I'll have to check it out!  I've been wanting to try some of the things you guys do with PS here.  I recently found another site,

but it doesn't so as much as PhotoShop.  Thanks for the info!
