 This was Duchess when she was about a year old.....after play with a feather boa my wife had

 She did feel terribly sorry that it happened. But I think she had a lot of fun doing it....she started in the hallway and it progressed down it into the living room. Once there it looked like something exploded  It took us about few days to get all the little pieces of feathers up.

Ya'll know that boa constrictors are deadly.  It looks like a clear case of self-defense to me.

I can't stop laughing at this picture! That feather stuck to her chin and the look on her face is hilarious! I think it was a clear case of self-defense, as well (though I am also a snake fancier, LOL).
