I just stitched Ivy's monkey back together and she is so glad to have it back!!! I don't know what it is about this monkey she just loves it.  It lost an arm and almost all the stuffing but I fixed it for her to kill again!!!

cute! who knows why they love one toy over another...they had one of those talking gorillas for a long time that finally became completely unreparable. the last time I fixed it, it was a one armed gorilla, then the dobie go a hold of it and ripped it to shreds. but the ratties didn't care...Lucy carried one of the "feet" around for weeks.

Puppers can get so attached to things. She certainly seems happy to have her monkey back.

That's a happy pup!  The one-eyed monkey looks none too happy over this, though.

DOes she just sit and hold it in her mouth for long periods of time?  My Daisey does that - almost like she is waiting for it to die or something.

Vickie she just loves to hold it and squeak and squeak and squeak.  It is something about that particular squeaker she loves.
