LARGE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE IN A MUG. (5 minutes )

4 Tablespoons cake flour (I've used all-purpose flour and it works fine)
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Mug

Put flour in mug.
Stir in Sugar and Cocoa
Spoon in one egg
Stir in milk and oil
Microwave for 3 mins on high til cake sets in mug
Remove from mug when slightly cooled.

Sounds like a neat idea! I honestly prefer muffins (even if they are just ugly cupcakes) Have you tried it?

The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too

1/8 Teaspoon of baking soda, and if you want vanilla instead, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract liquid
