Stories like this just tear me up, so many good dogs out there in situations they were not meant for.   I am joyful some of them get a happy ending.
The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too

What a happy ending. I picture poor Leo tied up and someone trying to make him "Mean". Makes me want to cry. Leo is a sweety pie. Can't say I've said that about a pit bull.
