We had a bull dozier come in and clear some lad for us.  I made sure that they fixed it so that I could walk around the property(or part of it anyway).  So now Amos has his own private walking track.  It's far enough away from the highway that I can turn him loose and he rambles all out in the edge of the woods when we walk.  He lets his fur brother Smooshy walk on his trail too.  Here are some of the photos.

Amos Avenue looks like a very nice little lane to walk down. How much land do y'all have? Smooshy might lose a little weight if he takes many walks.

Pam, we have 25 acres, but it is mostly overgrown. When we built our house 12-13 years ago it was a pretty open field but we were not able to keep it cut back and Mother Nature has reclaimed it.
Smooshy IS loosing weight. He is so much healthier than he was last year. I need to put up some comparison photos. His skin is better. He's not as heavy(though he's still close to 30lbs).
LOL Last night, the dogs were out with me while I attempted to water the dirt. Suddenly, I noticed they were gone. I took out looking for them and found them coming home after doing the Route all by themselves. Smooshy was sooooo tired, he couldn't even run and went straight in the house and collapsed.
