I know that my in-laws can drive me nuts sometimes, but I really do love them! My FIL just came by and brought all this wood and some mirror and he won't tell me WHAT exactly he is doing, just told the boys that he is gonna fix my jewelry room up and paint it!! They are being so supportive in my little business venture. They can't put much money into it (not that I expect them to) but they are certainly very helpful with getting me set up!

Me either!! He is a foreman for a construction company and has been for 20+ years, so he can do pretty much anything!! I am sooo excited...like a kid waiting for Christmas! |

My FIL was handy like that too. He and my hubby did a lot of stuff around our house when we first moved in. But my FIL got early onset Alzheimers in his early 50s and then passed away in 2001.  |

| Pam, I'm sorry about your FIL. Mine is not in the best health. He is having issues from being in Vietnam..something related to agent orange, but most days are good days. He and Kevin's parents are a little older than my parents, I think that he is going to be 60 this year (my parents are 47). I think that he and my MIL know that I needed someone to help "look after" me and they are doing a great job! |

My father was in WWII and my FIL was in the Korean War. I'm old too.
