It's an honor to be an American and so painful to see some of the pictures.
I go every year to the veterans section of the cemetery to put flowers on my fathers grave. They have a ceremony there at the veterans site every Memorial Day and I always want to make sure he is represented. I was a little sad this year, there wasn't as many flowers on the nearby graves.
God Bless the soldiers that have perished in this war and the wars of the past. Blessings to the families, you're in my thoughts and prayers.
