I previously started a thread about having Geigh shaved due to skin issues. Many of you asked for pictures. Well here they are. You can see where she was black she is now gray and you can see her pink splotches where she is having the skin issues. I hope her fur will grow back VERY soon. |

I KNOW I responded to this last night. Where did my post go? Are the aliens back again?
Anyway, she doesn't look too bad, but I would definately get her a shirt to wear. If you turn your air on, she's gonna freeze to death. Bless her heart. Hope that skin clears up quick. |

she doesn't look too bad...but she should probably wear a shirt if she goes outside. you don't need her getting sunburned on top of her other skin problems.
it's just hair...it'll grow back. my dobie had to have an area shaved when she cut her side...it took about 1 1/2 to 2 months to get back to a normal length. dobies and ratties have similar coats (mine do anyways)...just to give you an idea of how long it might take for her to look like herself again. |
