This Mothers Day Weekend will make three years since I took my oldest daughter, Amanda, away from the Ex while she was a Guest of Duval County Florida for trying to obtain pain killers under a fictitious name. Amanda is on about a three year old developmental level after suffering what they called Myoclonic Seizures when she was 3-6 months old. We were actually told that Amanda would never walk, let alone function in any way on her own. They Were WRONGGG!!!!!!
Anyway Amanda cannot ride a regular bike and we have bought her two Trikes in the past that God knows ended up where as a result of my Ex. So I found one in Jacksonville last week at the Salvation Army Thrift Store.

The timing was just all right on this one. We had been talking to a woman in Jacksonville about one she had advertised for $150. She went around and around before deciding to sell it to her son or someone..... Some family thing, I guess. I just happened to be in Jacksonville a few days later when the woman called Jen to tell her she saw the one at Salvation Army for $200. I went by and found out that the next day all the bikes were half price. The manager said If I came back just before they closed and it was there I could get it for $100..... I did!

I actually told Jen that same thing! As well as a light on the front & LED blinker on the back! Possibly another basket on the front too. She will be Styling!
