Napkins, plates, paper towels, toilet paper, printer paper, etc. Jager will literally steal the napkin out of your hand if you let her.  I haven't been able to keep TP on the wall since we got her! I have found her with roll in mouth and it wrapped around and underneath the bed!

We also have our printer on the floor and as soon as Jager hears it start to warm up she is ready and waiting to steal the magical treat that comes out.  It is quite hilarious.

Does she eat the paper, or shred it?  Sally likes to shred paper products into itzy-bitzy pieces.  So shredded actually, I don't think a cross-hatched shredder could do a better job.  We have to leave bathroom doors closed and make sure that Daddy doesn't leave the newspaper on the table or it is all over!

Reni is a paper shredder. I catch her shredding stuff all the time. Sometimes I do not know how she gets it. I was joking and told my husband that if he has anything he needs to shred, just give it to her.

both of my ratties, but especially Lucy, loves to munch on (used) tissues. I don't know where she keeps getting them from...I try to keep the bathroom door closed so they can't get into the trash, and all tissue boxes are up out of rattie reach, but still, there she will be, chewing on a piece with the rest between her paws. When they were about 5 months old, they got hold of a *new* box of tissues and had a blast ripping the box and every single tissue to shreds all over the bed. That was SO much fun to clean up!

If it is on the floor, it's fair game. She will Shred it. Soooo, I'm guessing if that is the case, it is our fault!

Button is my paper shredder. Just likes the ripping/tearing I think. Rarely actually eats it. Zipper has never really done this, thank goodness. One paper thief is enough! But Button has gotten much better about it.

Mine will eat any form of paper too- except for TP- they leave that alone now. (not sure why) The other day Chloe got ahold of my water bill (unpaid) after I left it on the coffee table for less than 30 seconds! She swooped in on it like a little ninja and had both sides wet and 3 bitefuls missing!

~~ Life is awesome when you share it with a couple of Ratties! ~~

Well Button's all time near-disastrous paper thievery was a $10,000 check laying on Lance's desk! ACKKKK! But thank God we got it away in time. It was only wrinkled a tad. We now have a rolling desk chair and she's scared to jump up on that chair. No more snatching of desk items. What a pleasant unexpected benefit to that new chair! LOL
