Well I wanted to make some pork chops for dinner.  I usually use either italian bread crumbs or shake-n-bake but I had neither.  Well I looked in the cupboard and found I had a bag of croutons.  So I get out my trusty little food processor and pulverise them into bread crumbs.  So we'll see how they work.

Well, they should work great. I do this quite often, as I make my own whole wheat bread and use any stale bread and make croutons for salad and then use whatever I need to make parmesan crusted chicken tenders....and I blend the croutons into bread crumbs..... Hope they came out great!
