I wish I ran or at least had the body to be so inclined.

My question about nora is not about having her run with me, but how much running and jumping it is ok for her to do on the long leash--I am worried about the pattela thing!!  She jumps like a rabbit and it is cute--should I stop her?  She is now 12 weeks

She'll be fine, just don't let her jump off or over high things (maybe 6" max). The running around s/b fine and is normal puppy stuff. Cute too!
