Hello All..I'm not as good with computers as my better half so I'm going to have some questions about how to do things here. I already went to the "newcomers" thing after I registered so I think I may be able to navigate in here OK.. We live in Charlotte N.C and we got our "Rattie" as Y'all call em for a Christmas present...And boy was I surprised at what happened first...I'll leave that till the next time as I have many FUNNY stories about "CHUCK" our new little bundle of joy...LOL..

Welcome to the site!

We have several members that live in NC (I live in Raleigh) and are actually in the process of trying to schedule a meet-up. We are thinking about Saturday May 17th in Asheboro which isn't far from Charlotte. You are more than welcome to join us! We'd love to meet you AND Chuck! You can find more information in the Meetups forum.

I'm going to have to find the pictures of Chuck and put them up here..Right now I need to know how to edit my profile..I went there but there was no button to push to finalize what I entered..What is an "Avatar" and do all the boxes have to be filled in before it will let me edit?

an avatar is the pic below our names, on the left side.  you can fill in as many or as few of the boxes as you want.  all the way at the bottom of that page, there is a button that says "update profile."  okay, it's not really a button...the words are underlined.
