It's The Sweet Potato Queens Guide to Raising Children for Fun and Profit by Jill Conner Browne.  You don't have to have read the other Sweet Potato Queens books to understand this one.  She is a humor writer from Mississippi.  People not of the Southern persuasion might need to have some things translated for you.
