Josie and I are new here, we're VERY interested in meetups! I'm new to the rat terrier breed, but I have a friend who has 3 ratties. I am going to persuade her to join so she can be involved too. I'm hoping we might be able to plan a meetup. Personally, the Jamboree is too far away for us to travel, especially because Josie is so new to us. Since we're missing out on that fun, we'd like to make some fun of our own! We have a generous back yard, two dogs (Josie and Sidka--an Eskie), plus there are tons of outside parks/recreation areas available in Maine. Maybe we can schedule something Mainers?

Sorry, I'm in Texas. But just wanted to welcome you and Josie to the group. You'll love the people here. Lots of great advice and tips. I have two mini females and this former dachshund addict has totally fallen for ratties.

We're a little more central/southern---a little town near Amy in Sabttus! So Amy and I are fairly close in location! Saco is about an hour a way, maybe less on an off day.
