April Fool's Day is over, but we always feel foolish over our Ratties (hmmm, a nice way to say we make fools of ourselves?).  And, if your Rattie is like my Rattie, they are always acting foolish and making us laugh.   So . . . .  this seems the perfect time for a foolish contest!

Annoucing the "April Fool-ish" Contest.  Pictures showing your Rattie doing something very foolish or looking very foolish, or making you look very foolish!  This will be done in a photo format -- but it is not a photo contest.  In other words, photos will be the medium to share your foolish Rattie experience, but the photo itself will not be judged.  So, they can be blurry or off-center, we don't care - just catch that foolish activity!   And, if needed, you may write a little explanation describing just what foolishisness taking place.

You may enter one foolish act per Rattier, per member --it's okay if it takes one photo to show it or 5 photos to show it -- so long as it is depicting one foolish episode.

Deadlne for entries is April 14, voting on April 15 and 16 and winning entry announced on April 17!

I am entering my first contest. This is the infamous Rainy and the Duck Hunt"

My daughter bought me a 3 ft stuffed duck before Easter. Rainy took one look at it and barked for three weeks when ever she seen it. She would see it on the bed and she fell off trying to capture it. she saw it on the couch, stopped cold, started barking herslef back wards out the door. She would sneek up on it when the dusck was not watching and stop and sneak and stop. She stalked the duck and if it happen to "magically" move towards her she went all rigid, stood her ground and howled until it stopped moving.

The picture are showing the day, 2 weeks ago, when she finally caught the duck. Now her and Aflac are good friends and at this moment she is sleeping on the ducks head. She will not let any other animal near the duck and proved this last night when my male cat want to "love" (you know what I mean) the duck up and Rainy would have none of it. She grabbed Kreacher by the tail and drug him away from HEr friend the duck. Right now she is curled up on the floor by my bed on the duck and shoring happily away.

Well, I am sure all of you have seen this picture of Daisy Before, but here she is, looking SUPER cute, AND funny!
