can be petted, hugged, sat by, given kisses or touched but you!

I am not sure if Alice thinks her name is Fred but if we call Fred she comes running and whenever we try to pet him she weezles her way right in even if it means laying right on top of him! He doesn't care, he is such a good boy, but she is a bust! She is such the attention whore!

The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too

Yep. Me and hubby can't even kiss without Angel trying to get between us. And god forbid I pet the cat! lol. They are playing really well, and even sleeping together now, so that's a good thought.

The surest way to get skittles in my lap is to call the cat.....She will look at the cat like "I dare you to try" and will cut the cat off at the pass. I'm her mommy - NO ONE elses!

Well, both Mayfly and Mitzy are like that in my house. Skipper seems more used to waiting for his turn....kinda like guys that live with a lot of females get used to waiting a long time for their turn in the bathroom!

Zipper is like that. She absolutely NEVER begs for bites when we're snacking while watching TV. She'll just lay on the other sofa and watch, supposedly disinterested. But just let one of us look like we're gonna give Button a bite and Zipper runs over like a shot with that "I want some too" look on her face! So funny! Same thing about affection. If we pay a lot of attention to Button, Zipper just watches from afar. But the minute we're done, she runs over for her fair share. LOL
