So i think Casey is a Type B rattie, but i don't know exactly how to tell. What are some ways i should know how to tell?

You have two hands, you might as well have two ratties....right?

Looks type B by your avatar - short legs usually give it away. Skittles is type A, she's small but she has legs like a deer....more legs than body.

You can check out the link I posted in this thread. It has a good explanation of the difference between Type A and Type B ratties. It's really not so much how long their legs are or aren't, but how tall they are in proportion to their length. Type B ratties are more long than they are tall (think rectangle). Type A are typical as long as they are tall (think square). Hope this helps.

correct me if I am wrong,

I believe type A is more of a square form in body  and type B is more of a rectangle form.  type b would be shorter legs, and type a would be longer legs....

In the ratties I've seen that are both types... the primary difference is the leg length. Bailey I swear has the longest legs of any little dog I've ever seen !! Yours looks like a type B to me.

I think Phoenix is a type B too. He's just a tiny little thing(oops if he heard that he'd be really upset)

Oh thank you guys so much.  I thought he might be type b just because he is similar to some of your ratties that you have stated are type b. I can say he is deffinatly more short and rectangular than tall and legged. Thanks so much!
