| okay, here I am at midnight doing these quizes. Some I did great, others, no so. But I'm glad to say I kept taking till I got them all correct. Good learning experience. |

Well, I just can't get to sleep, worry is not fun so this was a great diversion. I really enjoy watching all the dog shows and pay attention to the various breeds they have on. I enjoyed these quizes. And yes, I am a bit odd in that if I don't get it right the first time, I want to know why and find the answer!!
I think I may have gotten myself to a point where I can crash.

LOL Hey Tauney's mom!
It is now Monday morning. I have tried all sorts of things. Some nights it works and others I just can't get my brain to shut down.
I thought about counting ratties but was afraid I'd enjoy them too much and wouldn't be able to stop watching them as I counted them!!
I do have one thing that helps and that is guided imagery/relaxation. I enjoy that and if I concentrate I can really relax.
