im still working on that one gracie can sit and stay but she wont COME when called is there a secret to it ?? im up for anything.

Great news, Jolene! Keep at it, lady!! You'll be so glad you did!
There is a post in the training session about it if you want to read it... will help explain.
Sit and stay, and down and everything else you teach your dog is important. But the COME (recall) command is THE most important command and may well one day save your dog's life. It's the first command I teach.. always.

Have you tried treats?  Apollo LOVES cheese.  But Nora said not to give a treat everytime but praise everytime.  And just call her once and don't give her the opportunity to not listen.  Nora had a 25 foot line leash that way they can go far but you still have control over them.

Thanks Nora!  I'm sooo excited!  I remembered you had said it was the most important so I wanted to do 'come' first.  Maybe next I'll do 'leave it'.

I have been doing the treat thing with Jack too....just not giving in everytime. After 2 days he was like a flash of lightning to my side anytime I said "come". I was amazing....Thanks!!!
