If you Google the brand name often you can contact the manufacturer for a user's/instructions manual for your model number (for a small fee or even free, sometimes). They often include recipes. I've gone back to manuf. for manuals often.
My Dad used to do everything in his smoker. He said the meat always came out real moist because of the water pan near the coals. But he never used it when we were there, so sorry, I can't offer any suggestions. |
