There is a great nature trail at Canyon Creek Park (620/Boulder Lane) that has small creeks, etc. It's very peaceful and beautiful back in there. I've wanted to take Cookie...but don't like going there alone because of the seclusion.

Anyway...would anyone be interested in meeting up there soon and taking our ratties hiking?

Let me know. I'm free pretty much any Sunday.

Yep...hear ya! I'm originally from Houston...and it is so great for so many reasons. World-class shopping, dining, museums, etc. BUT..I love the outdoors SO much and Austin just cannot be beat. One of the most beautiful cities in the US (in my opinion). SO...whenever you are up for a roadtrip to Central TX....please let me know.
