Topper is the energizer bunny dog and is always looking for new friends to play with and a fellow rattie would be great since you could keep up with his speed demon ways.  We are in the Twin Cities....

That would be great, hopefully it will cool down a bit. lately we been going out and playing in the pool so Sonic and Sydney stay cool.

We usually go to the dog park in the evenings when it has cooled off a bit. I dont think Topper would jump fully in the pool. He's gone in the lake up to his chest though. Cant swim in the pool here--public pool.
