just got this email - so sad that there are so many irresponsible owners out there.. ugh. if any of ya'll want to consider fostering instead of adopting it is very rewarding.....
The Ratbone founder and chair, Caroline, just send an email to all the state coordinators telling us not to pull any more dogs until further notice -- I guess that we're just too full.
