I was home so Skipper wasn't crated. I don't know what set the stupid cat off but I know they all ignore her if she's not running or attacking the other cat. I was in the bathroom this time and heard the commotion. Came running out and she was up on one of the shelves we have for the cats in the laundry area. The little dogs can't reach her there but Loco was after her big time! And Loco was so intent on getting the cat she didn't hear me yelling - I grabbed her by the collar and she was so startled she pooped!
Skipper was acting manic and barking continuously. Mayfly was barking in the background, Mitzy was back even further.
After observing Skipper for all these months I'm starting to think he's not a rattie-chi mix but a JRT-chihuahua mix. Among other things he has a rougher coat and it's heavier on his neck....seems to be a type of "broken" coat the JRT websites describe. And JRTs can be agressive to small animals and other dogs, especially of the same sex, which he is. He also gets way more excited about scents than the other dogs....he gets almost "manic" when he gets the scent of certain things.
