So, if you've ever been in Weight Watchers, you'll know this recipe.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take a box of cake mix, with lots of pudding in it!
Take one can of your favorite Diet soda, I like Diet DP.
Mix
Pour into your cupcake pan...
 -  because you don't use the normal stuff, this recipe will produce less cupcakes than normal.  About 18 instead of 24.
Cook for about 12 minutes, check with a toothpick.
 -  if it comes clean, you're done.  If not, cook for another couple of minutes.

Trust me.  I know it doesn't sound like it would work, but it does!

So so yummy!

I did Weight Watchers years ago and don't recollect this one. Will have to try it! Sounds interesting.

I made this as a cake not too long ago! I think I used fat free whipped topping as 'icing'. It was good!!!

Oh yeah. It's very good. Kinda sticky though, 'cause you don't have the binding stuff. But its super yummy.
